Mr. Sam Lam, the founder and CEO of this company, has decided to improve the current situation by acquiring new crafting equipment and computer-aid-design systems. Knowing that there will be strong resisting forces from his 30 craftsmen and designers, Mr. Sam Lam wants to hire you as an advisor to initiate a change program to reduce such forces.
With age ranging from 21 to 58, these 30 employees will be using these new equipment that they have never used before. Peter Leung, Head of Crafting Department, has shown a tendency to quit as he has been doing his ‘way of doing things’ for more than 30 years. Ray Chan, Head of Design Department, shows some interests in the new systems though he has no experience with it.
