One of the definitions of â€œvirginâ€ in the Merriam-Webster pocket dictionary is: “fresh, unspoiled; especially: not altered by human activity.” Virgin coconut oil (VCO or VCNO) is produced from fresh coconut meat (non-copra). This does not pass through RBD processes. It is produced without the use of chemical and heat and does not contain aflatoxin/PAHâ€™s.
